You’ve probably overheard me say that I LOVE ALGORITHMS if you know me at all. Most of the time people look at me like I’m crazy or not smart enough to think that. Sometimes things don’t always mean what you think. I’ll never be a Data Scientist or an Engineer but what I love about algorithms is the playing side or the strategy. When I say I love algorithms, I’m talking about the algorithms that someone else created to make my favorite platforms or engines work! I’m talking about the ins and outs of why things rank higher than other on Google or the reason that organic business posts don’t show up all the time for me.

MOZ: They have an awesome landing page that literally catalogues all the updates that happen or have happened to Google since it started.
Facebook: They’ve got an awesome knowledge bank if you know how to navigate it but it’s not the best resource for information about EdgeRank. EdgeRank has it’s own site that goes through the math behind the way it works. When you click on this link, it’s going to look like spam – it’s not!
Instagram: TechCrunch was one of the first places to talk about Instagram’s change over. This articles has a whole bunch of hyperlinked text that pop out for more information.
